Your Name: Your legal name has to include here without any nicknames.  It is essential to display the name that matches the LinkedIn profile and email. It will be easier for the recruiter to refer later.

Job Title: It is written below your name in your resume and it should be formatted in italics as well.

Email: Keep it professional and you must not use your current work email here to prevent unnecessary problems. You should use an email address that includes your name so that the recipient knows who is sending the message and to covey the tone of professionalism.

Address and Telephone number: The best is to add your city and the state. A telephone number is a must because it is the most common way of contacting a candidate and it must be the most accessible one too.

Other Details: Your LinkedIn profile and the web is a choice if you already have any of those you can add them to.

Resume summary

The resume summary is the place you reserve to brag about yourself. Yes, we have only one chance to hit the Interview. As a recruiter, think about what big things you have done. We are talking about your achievements. Include a brief summary of your skills, qualifications, strengths, and a little bit of your background. It will help the recruiter to assess your suitability for the role. 

Try to avoid your interest in career change and try to create a nice picture to make that first impression. Therefore to make that happen, it’s always so important to start on the right foot.

Most of the companies now use Application Tracking Systems (ATS) to simplify their hiring process. Therefore, it is really important to tie this summary with your recruiter role. To do that, include some of the keywords related to your role such as screening, evaluating, recruiting, candidate sourcing, etc.
